Returns

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@canoodledogs.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorisation.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
